can we hide the Home,Navigator,Open Application,Recent Reports and favirate Tabs ?

Hi,

we want to hide the Home,Navigator,Open Application,Recent Reports and favorite Tabs from Jd Edwards window means we dont want blue complete tabs sections.

By security we can restrict the content under the Tabs but i want to hide the complete blue section.

Please look into attached screen shot for blue section
