Wastage discount for Usage billing in Service Contracts

Hi ,

We have a requirement related to Photocopier rental contracts:

We are using Usage type contracts to bill the customer according to the number of copies printed in a month. But there is an additional clause: Certain % of the count for the prints taken is considered as wastage and not charged in the billing cycle.

How can we achieve this requirement? The client doesn't want to issue manual Credit notes for each machine billing for the discount.
