R12.1 version of patch 7577673

Hi,

We are experiencing the issue in MOS note Cannot Match Credit Memo Against Invoice In Invoice Workbench (Doc ID 870592.1) in our R12.1.3 payables application. In the note it states the issue is applicable to release 12.0 and later, yet I cannot find a version of patch 7577673 applicable to R12.1.

Can you please assist?
