subsystem jobs on as400

Hi All,

We have a situation where subsystem jobs (R46171) show running on green screen but when I check in JDE no susbsystem process shows up there. I suspect that jobs on as400 are hung.

Please suggest what is right approach to deal with such issue. Should JDE services be stopped/started and it will stop R46171 jobs running on server?
