Outline is not getting refreshed?

We are facing strange issue. Member has been added in dimension and application is getting deployed successfully. There is no issue while refreshing database from planning. Still added member is not visible in EAS Console while viewing outline. Strange thing is that member is available in data form and data is getting saved.
