OEM throwing false positive messages. Patch needed.

The crux of the problem appears to be a schema structure issue in the 12.1.0.2 Oracle agent.


Oracle suggested to apply patch  Patch "13055259"  and it happens to be for 11.1.1.6.0 and it failed:


[Apr 8, 2014 2:07:58 PM]     Patch "13055259" is ignored as it is not a "Fusion Applications patch".

Patch 13055259: Required component(s) missing : [ oracle.opmn, 11.1.1.6.0, higher version 11.1.1.7.0 found. ]

[Apr 8, 2014 2:07:58 PM]     Prereq checkPatchApplicableOnCurrentPlatform Passed for patch : 13055259

[Apr 8, 2014 2:07:58 PM]     Prereq checkComponents failed. So, checkApplicable returning without execution.
