OpenSSL SFTP and SSH

Hello Guru

this has reference to OpenSSL bug "Heartbleed"

we server are being operating system are solaris 5.10 Generic_141444-09. on
this we have OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004. but we are not using OpenSSL protocol
for any communication

  but we are extensively use SFTP and SSH.

  now my queries are

  if we are not using OpenSSL for any communication then do we need to apply any patch

  1.1. if we need to patch please guide me which patch i need to apply

  1. is SFTP/SSH use OpenSSL
