Permissions in WCS

Hi,

Is it possible to setup permissions for asset types in specific to user.

I mean

When a Developer log in he can edit,copy,delete and publish page/module asset.

When a Editor log in

1)he should not able to create/edit and copy pages but he should be able to modify order of module association in pages but we should restrict re ordering for other associations.in that page.

2) Should not have the ability to modify/copy modules except for two specific modules.

3) Restrict him to access/modify some content from Site tree/Content tree tab.

With these permission can we setup Workflow?
