Preformance issue in Receiving transaction summary form

Hello

We have a performance problem in receiving transaction summary form in purchasing. It takes long time to query any existing receipt transactions. Anyone else faced this issue before ?

RDBMS : 11.2.0.3.0

Oracle Applications : 12.1.3
