Using OCM with EPM 11.1.2.3

Hello all,

I was hoping to maybe find some assistance here since my current SR with Oracle Support is running almost 4 months now with no movement.

So we recently upgraded our Hyperion/EPM environment from 9.3.3 -> 11.1.2.3.  Last year, prior to the upgrade project beginning, I installed/configured a sandbox EPM environment for the business to get a feel for some of the new features, at that time, the most current release of EPM was 11.1.2.  So after completing the configuration, I then wanted to do some testing with RDA.  Well, as I executed RDA on each server in the environment, in My Oracle Support tab "Systems" I noticed each server listed.  I could then click on each server and saw information about each EPM instance, available
