Unplugging and Plugging 12c Pluggable Database

Hi Friends,

I have two different machines.

The first machine has a Container Database with One Pluggable Database.

The second machine has a Container Database with Zero Pluggable Database.

Question: Is it possible to unplug the Pluggable database on machine 1 and plug it into the CDB on machine 2. Could you please point me to a document.
