Form personalization

Hello,

Need assistance in displaying a message when user goes to a different tab from the current tab without populating a particular field in the current tab.

Attached screenshot for reference.

Here when user is in the contact/addresses tab in SR workbench and if they move to charges tab without populating a field called token number system shoud alert an error message stating the token number field should be populated.

Need help in how to personalize the form .
