Transfer Activity Rules Do not Exist.

Hi,

When I run OMW first time after creating new user and tried to "get" an object, an error  "Transfer Activity Rules Do not Exist !! " is displayed.

"Get" does not happen.

Then I close the OMW window and rerun the OMW again.(second time)

So when I tried to "get" the same object, "Get" does work perfectly.

After that, I can "get" other objects correctly.

This situation does happen always after creating new user.

Does anyone know what could be the cause for this?
