Maintinance Mode (adadmin)

Dear Sir

We have application our product Oracle E-Business Suite 11/. Version 11.5.10.2 and our Database is Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3, 11.2.0.4

Also my operating system Linux 5 64. I was trying to access Oracle application first I stopped application after that I was training to enable maintenance mode to start apply the patch

When I  started adadmin is not allow me to go maintenance mode to enable or disable maintenance mode and given to me below error and find attachment file of that error.
