after install 11g, 10g listener no longer working

hi guys,

purpose: planning migration from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.4 (windows server 2003 32 bit)

method: dbua + out of place

i have installed 11.2.0.4 software only and after that i could no longer startup my 10g llistener.

error:

TNS-12542: TNS:address already in use 
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error   
TNS-00512: Address already in use    32-bit Windows Error: 48: Unknown error

i don't remember configuring any port (listener.ora) or tnsnames.ora for my new 11.2.0.4 software.

Please further advice how can i start up my 10g Listener.<br/>
