Export from the Grid to Excel 365 is not Working Properly

hi

Recently we have upgraded to Windows 7 and Office 365. From then when we are tryin to upload the GRID information from JDE..its not properly uploaded in to Excel a lot information is missed out.

If there are 4504 Rows its just uploading only 2000 / 2500 lines each time when we try.

Please kindly suggest any workaround or solution for the same.
