The Status Groups And Transitions function is not available under the CSD Setup with Enquiry respon

Hi,

I am unable to open status Groups summary page from the CSD responsibility. Getting the following error messages.

The Status Groups And Transitions function is not available under the CSD Setup with Enquiry  responsibility.

Has anyone faced this issue earlier? Please let me know if I have missed any setup/Profile.

THe page is opening in DEV isntance but where as in PRODUction I am getting an error message.
