Does OPM Standard Cost Rollup supports multiple Validity Rules with date covering partial costing pe

If there are 2 recipes of the same product and the validity rule date of the recipes is partial but covers the entire costing period in total e.g. RCP_01 version 1 starts from 01-Jan-1014 and end at 15-Jan-2014, and RCP_01 version 2 starts from 16-Jan-2014 to 31-Jan-2014. Would the standard cost rollup able to perform the cost rollup of this product and if so, what is the logic system compute the standard cost of this product.
