How to cancel pending change request

All,

We need to cancel pending change request on requistion so that requisition can be resubmitted. Problem is buyer now left but change was initiated before we could run mass update for purchasing documents. Currently we are not able to do anything with this requisition and associated PO. Any help will be appreciated.
