Rebuild standby database 11gr2

Hi

We have two node  Oracle RAC 11g r2 database (primary) and  secondary database non -  RAC  using data broker   unfortunately  standby database  os level corrupted . we need rebuild stand by database using data broker . kindly advice accordingly
