PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs - Exception result query

Before I raise an SR I was wondering whether anyone can help with a rather strange “Reject Reason” being reported on the exception report for the above process.

History:

We have various items that are being rejected on the above report due to the standard error “Incomplete AutoAccounting” and this is something we are aware of.  It’s being caused by incorrect information quoted on our manual ADI adjustment journals which are subsequently re-input with the correct data but the error information has been uploaded and needs to be reversed.

Current Process to Clear items

To clear the items we have a policy to temporarily update various AutoAccounting rules using Setup -> AutoAccouting -> Assign Rules by adding additional lines to our SQL to default NULL values to specific codes (as the net effect is zero the business are happy to correct the items using this process).
