Is there an SLA functionality in CRM 9.0?

We are looking into implementing Service Level Agreements in CRM 9.0.  Is there some kind of functionality in this version?  Or we may just resort to creating a custom query  / report to pull this information? If there is, can you provide documentation?  Thanks!
