When Re-count option not checked?

Hi All,

In a SIM document, it was found that "Users with proper security are prompted about any discrepancies outside of set tolerances, and SIM can automatically force a recount if the discrepancies are too high".

Without checking the "Re-count" option while creating a Product group, does the system automatically force for a recount? How does the system behave when discrepancies are too high?
