which server/technology stack is useful for our environment

Dear all,

We are having two servers M4000 as production and V490 as test server. Now we are planning to buy new server and will move production to new server.

We want to put server M4000 as a standby server and need your suggestion which server is useful for us in this case.

we have below environment.

1)oracle r12 .1.3

2) oracle database 11g

3) 300 users
