Oracle Sourcing vs. Sourcing Optimization

Hello,

Can someone tell me what the difference is between Oracle Sourcing and Sourcing Optimization? I have implemented Oracle Sourcing at clients in the past, but I am not familiar with the Sourcing Optimization component.

Questions

1) Is this a separate product or is it included with the Sourcing License?

2) What functionality does it add on top of Oracle Sourcing?

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.
