How to setup R46171 subsystem processing?

Hi All - I am looking out for a help document that can help me setup standard R46171 subsystem processing in JDE 9.1 system. I have a requirement where in R46171 has to pick the F4600 requests at regular intervals. My questions are around:

1. How to define R46171 version for subsystem processing?

2. Setup required to run

3. Is there a standard function to do call the version in subsystem mode?
