RWMS: Scroll bars appearing at login prompt on scanner

I am using wrist mount scanner and rdp session thru windows terminal session to RWMS application creates vertical/horizontal scroll bar around the scanner there by causing function keys to get hidden. Any help on how to get rid of the scroll bars?
