11g Access Manager - Custom Login Page is not working

Hello friends,

After a successful first trial implementation and integration of 11gR2 OAM with R12.1.3 EBS, I tried to use a customized login page, for which I followed a note # 1281026.1 and performed following tasks. I am getting HTTP-500 error now if I try to log in to our EBS instance. Before, I was able to get the OAM standard SSO login page.  Can you please help?

Deploying the login.jsp to the WebLogic Domain, where OAM is running.

- cd /oam/oracle/product/fmw/ohs_home/instances/instance1/config/OHS/ohs1/htdocs/images

- cp /patches/FMW/oam/ECLOGO.gif .
