The System Could not determine the Place of Supply type for TAX

Hi Guys,

Done with the Set up of tax seeded as per patch 9722553. created seesed tax setup and rules. Attached is the defination of the tax condiiton sets and tax rules.

While creating a AR transaction, Oracle throws a message as "The System could not determine the Place of Supply Type for Tax IT VAT. Please contact your System administrator to ensure that either a defaut Place of supply type is specified for Tax IT VAT or appropriate Place of supply rules are defined."

Not sure which step i am missing.
