The flexfield coding that is choosen is not being populated on the PO, we are unable to complete the

Below are 3 examples of what I can and cannot do:

PO  8723  -     I approved PO the day I created it (before we knew of the CPR code)….yesterday I went in to make a revision and added the CPR code, and I save and then I c/o APPROVE and it does nothing, still shoes the status as “requires reapproval”….

PO 8732 -      I created this PO, with the CPR code…I c/o on APPROVE  and it does nothing…status still shows “incomplete”

                       Tried to CANCEL this PO and it won’t let me do that either…

PO 8734 -     I created as an exact duplicate of PO 8734, but with NO CPR CODE and worked just fine…..
