Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

user has an error when work with new environmnet, in p0911

log:

COB0000012 - GetProcAddress failed CALLBSFN.dll function _B0400047_CountryServer@12 Error = 127

could it be an issue refered to localization? currency?
