Service Contracts not Entitled
Hi Team... I am having this issue where I create a contract and activate it but upon searching on ENTITLEMENT is not valid. This is for a SYSTEM that contains 3 instances. When I query for one of the instances in IB and select contracts, the IB instance is covered for the contract with coverage at the system level. I am assuming that the item is really covered under that contract.
Then, in Service Contracts, when I search for ENTITLEMENTS, I query for that system and one of the individual instances and the application does not find the contract. So, when I create a Service Request for the IB Instance, there is no valid contract covering the instance.
