Hi IBM-AoD :

This thread will address your following issue -

Patch 18292173 and 18265289 failed.

Error:The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

cs forms/US CSXSRTSK.fmx

cs forms/US CSXSRISR.fmx

Error in worker log which compiled the form:

Compiling WHEN-MOUSE-CLICK trigger on COST_R item in SCRSLT data block...

Compilation error on WHEN-MOUSE-CLICK trigger on COST_R item in SCRSLT data block:

PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 4, column 24

component 'G_FLIP_ORDER' must be declared

PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 4, column 3

Statement ignored
