A quick question regarding SSSE

Hi gurus

From my understanding, the DispGCCycleCount Enterprise parameter (ours is set at 12) controls how many PIMSI cycles the records in the S_SD_SYNC_INFO table will live before they get deleted.  I was told one way to clear this table out was to disable all users from being Sync Enabled and then run this number of PIMSI cycles so that this number will be exceeded and all records will be cleared out.  I have seen this work before.  I now have 8200+ orphanded records in this table in my test system because of various test scenerios that I want to get rid of and it is
