Having issue initializing IdcAnalyze in WCC

Hi All, Please help me in running IdcAnalyze in webcenter content.

Unable to initialize the application. Error:

Failed to initialize. Unable to initialize the system provider 'SystemDatabase'. Cannot find the parameter 'JdbcConnectionString'.

Attached complete log.[IdcAnalyze.log]

FYI,WCC works fine when logging into the application but index rebuild doesn't work and that is the reason,I am planning  to run IdcAnalyze.

Please help !!Thank you.
