Supplier - Legal Name vs Doing Business As

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question


We are currently testing EBS R12.2.3 and I have noticed on the Supplier page we are able to add fields to differentiate between a suppliers Legal Name as well as their Operating As name (EBS calls it 'Doing Business As'). 

I have been unable to find any documentation on these features.

We would like to update our Supplier information to show the Supplier's Legal Name as well as their Operating As name and be able to search on both.

Any ideas where I can find more information on this functionality?
