Expense Related issue

When user enters a project/task on the project allocation page in the EXPENSE report and click next the project number is not getting saved.When verified on the metalink found (17301179:R12.OIE.B)  which is modifying a file related to projects.

We would like to know whether if it turning of the personalization if any existing on that page.Please let us know how to check how to verify if personalization exists on that page or not??

Please provide detailed instructiions.
