Java based Concurrent Program running infidelity when kill ( couldn't not lock the request)

Java based Concurrent Program running infidelity when kill ( couldn't not lock the request). When i try to kill request from from fronted  its show msg  "couldn't not lock the request."

When i kill the able session from backed but  request still exist in  fronted.

I have run this request on 09Apr14 but still its running .

I want to why its taking to much time and program still running.
