Creating Non Technical SR

Hi All,

I need help on creating the NON technical SR where i want log an enhancement request. But during the Creation of Non Technical SR, its asking for the CSI but please note that its for INTERNAL use and no customer is involved in this hence i can't use and CSI.

Please let me know how to create such type of SR or please let me know the way to contact the MOS portal team with whom i can contact.
