Blue Screen Of Death appears while installing Oracle RAC database 12.1.0.1 on Windows?

Hello Experts,

We are trying to install Oracle RAC database 12.1.0.1 on Windows platforms. Grid Installation completed successfully. While installing RAC database, BSOD appears on the second node and after sometime on the first node( from which installation is being done). Check code of BSOD is 0xfffe.

We tried RAC installations on win2008R2 and windows 2012. On both the platforms, Grid Installation was successful, but got BSOD issue while installing RAC database.

Tried attaching the crash dumps collected from both the machines, but somehow it throws an error. Pasting the stack trace node 1 below.
