Our customer with active access to MOS cannot access Community

Our customer with active access to MOS cannot access Community site both from MOS or from direct link community.oracle.com. He keeps getting message:

"Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here."

All his colleagues with the same CSI and same privileges can access it.

Would you know an advice to this?
