Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. AR Deductions with Trade Accounting Enabled, Do you use the same ?

Good Afternoon,

We are using 11.5.10.2 AR. We have an issue that prevents us creating AR Dedcutions -

Non-Invoice Deduction and Invoice Deduction buttons active as we have Trade Accounting enabled.

Do you have Trade Accounting enabled but Do not have Trade Management active like us?

We are getting an error : <Error APP-AR96393 Unexpected Error occurred while creating deduction.> when creating Deductions

Have you had the same issue ? What was the solution ??

Can you help please, we are seeming to go around in cricles and really need it resolved?
