Unable to perform Mass Update Transactions in Oracle Install Base R12

We have created Mass Update batches for 'Move' and 'Transfer Owner' Types. Selected the item instances and entered new values for selected item instances. Updated associations, Contract Options and scheduled it. For 1 of the batch I scheduled it for as soon as possible and other I gave a future date of 1 day. Then I ran the 'Initiate Mass Edit' process with the parameter of the batch name twice. Both the programs completed in error when I checked the log. I found the below message in both the logs.

ORACLE error 4063 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CSI_MASS_EDIT_PUB" has errors
