How to stop alerts from Demantra in Test Instance

Hi All,

When Demantra workflows are running and completing they send some alerts to the end users.So even after setting the workflow mailer down in EBS Still Demantra is sending some alerts. Could someone help me how to stop all Demantra Alerts in Test instances.
