Past Due Notice and Final Notice printing together for a couple of customers

We are on R12 and have not implemented advanced collections, however, we are using the basic functionality of collections to print dunning letters. We did a dunning run yesterday and got both the notices - Past Due and Final Notice for just 2 customers. It is showing me exactly sames invoices and all the information. Rest all the customers print fine.

Any clue??
