Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. MICR font issue for Custom Payment Process Profile

Hi Team,

I have attached custom template with "Standard Check Print" template and MICR font coming correctly.

But when we create custom Payment Process Profile PPP and same template attached to this and submit the Payment Process Request

but in Output MICR font not coming correctly, It's Print like "c553181c a121000248a 4123707432c".

In custom template i have click at "Edit Configration" button and in FO Processing=>font Mapping set shows "IDAutomationMICR"

On EBS instance fontMapping available at Administration level: IDAutomationMICR same font also copied at desktop /windows/fonts .

Please help.
