Is it possible to send the offer letter to Candidate's personal email address from Irec?

Hi ,

  We are trying to integrate Irec with a custom application. Only sending offer letter will be from Irec , hence we would like to know if it's possible to send the offer letter to candidate's personal email address.

Note : Candidate won't be having any Oracle account since they will be registering in the custom application, however their personal details like last name, first name , email address etc will be available in the Oracle Irec since we will be importing these details to Oracle from custom application.

Any suggestions on this matter will be greatly appreciated !!!
