Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I want to convert j2ee axis web service based application to OSB and get red of the j2ee application.

Can in OSB business service be upgraded without downtime.

I want to shift to OSB as service layer rather then own implementation.
