Rules and Behaviors document

Does Oracle have any documentation other than the Online Help that details ALL the data elements by order type that are available to use in setting up the Rules and Behaviors? Also, is there a document that lists all the execution points where the Rule can be set for?

If something like this does not exist, when will Oracle create something of this nature? It is well known that documentation for the MSS application is very poor but its becoming increasingly difficult to provide rapid responses without adequate documentation to ensure time is not wasted on trial and error solutions.
