Compatibility of R12 12.1.3 with RHEL 5 and RHEL 6

Hello, 


Our existing oracle application is working on OS - RHEL 5 Linux x86-64. 


Is there any compatibility of Oracle Application 12.1.3 with RHEL 6 ,Database is on 12.1.0.1.

If we migrate application from RHEL 5 to RHEL 6, what parameters we should look upon from application as well as OS side.
